We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a exchange .
WE OFFER EXCHANGE ONLY, NO REFUNDS.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange , you can contact us at email@example.com.
If your exchange is accepted, you will need to create a shipping label to ship the products back, we will send you instructions where to send your package.
If you exchange your product for a different size we will still provide free shipping for exchanges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, your item will be automatically exchanged in the form of store credit or any item you want that is the same purchase value as the product you purchased.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and respond accordingly.
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will only accept refunds if the item you received defective or the wrong item was sent. Once we receive the item we will notify you of the approval for your refund. It will take approximately 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
